I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you have received a different product to what you ordered, please send a photo of the product within 7 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number. We will then send you the correct product at no extra cost and you get to keep the product we incorrectly sent you.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED

If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a photo of the product and original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods quoting your order number. Once the assessment process is confirmed, we will replace your product.
