  • What is the shelf-life of your skincare?
    Once opened our natural products have a six month best before date.
  • Is your skincare natural?
    Yes, we pride ourselves on being 100% natural, with ingredients that are either organic or natural.
  • What skin type is Ethical Essence for?
    Ethical Essence is for all skin types, including sensitive skin as all of our products are 100% natural. Focusing on deep hydration, even skin tone and naturally smooth glowing skin.
  • Do you offer samples?
    Sorry, we do not offer samples, but if you would like to try our product range we have an Essential Travel Kit of 4 x 15ml to sample our facial product line.
  • Is Ethical Essence cruelty free and vegan friendly?
    Yes, our products have not been tested on animals, nor do we include any animal products in our formulas – we love our furry friends too much.
  • Can I track the delivery of my order?
    Yes, all of our orders include tracking & require a signature on delivery. Your tracking number will provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • What shipping carrier do you use?
    We use Australia Post for all orders which are shipped from Perth, WA. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking details.
